Personal data that are incomplete or inaccurate can always be improved or erased. You can exercise your right to rectification by providing a supplementary statement to Tillit. Tillit will follow up on this within one (1) month after receiving the supplementary statement.
In addition, you have the right to have your personal data erased by Tillit without unreasonable delay. You can only appeal to this right in the following cases which Tillit will assess:
- When your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
- When you withdraw your consent and no other legal ground exists for the processing;
- When objection is made against the processing and no prevailing compelling legitimate grounds for the processing exist;

6.3. Right to restriction of processing / right to object
You have the right to obtain from Tillit a restriction of processing if one of the following elements applies:

6.4. Right to data portability

6.5. Right to be forgotten
Each time you have rightly requested Tillit to rectify, erase or still restrict processing of data, Tillit will notify every recipient of these personal data thereof, unless this appears to be impossible or would require a disproportionate effort. 6.6. Right to withdraw your consent / right to lodge a complaint
You have at all times the right to withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal thereof. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint concerning the processing of your personal data by Tillit with the competent supervisory authorities.

6.7. Right to information and transparency

The periods for answering your requests can be extended in exceptional circumstances, including the complexity / multiplicity of your requests. Tillit will notify you of this extension and of the reasons for this extension within one (1) month after receipt of your request.
